Having spent 2 decades with India's premier conglomerates, I joined SSK Green Max in 2017. In the last 4 years, I have been given the freedom to apply my skills & experiences to contribute towards mutual growth. Everyone’s talent is acknowledged, rewarded & retained here. Newcomers are provided with essential training as required. I love working with a caring leadership team, and the talent pool in SSK Green Max.
I feel proud to be amongst one of the earliest members of the Projects team. Having spent 6 years here, I have grown both personally and professionally. I had joined as a Construction Manager for our first ground-mounted solar project. Today, I am the Project lead handling multiple projects at a time. SSK Green Max has given me the opportunity to lead Wind Projects, which was new for me. But the seniors trusted my skills and encouraged me, as we completed all 3 wind projects well ahead of the timeline. Today, I have successfully completed about 350 MW Solar and 105 MW Wind projects, and have thoroughly enjoyed working with my team. SSK Green Max has also allowed me to keep honing my skills by sponsoring various professional certifications such as Prince2®, PMP®, C.Engg®, and ICBB®. I look forward to being a part of SSK Green Max for many, many years to come!
I take immense pride in being a part of SSK Green Max, where I get a wide range of opportunities to showcase my skills. I had joined the Bangalore office in its early days when there were just 4 members in the office! I had started as an admin, but my seniors had shown immense faith in me & my potential to give me the opportunity to work in liaisoning as well, even though I had no relevant knowledge or skills then. Their support & encouragement has made me a key member of the liaisoning team today. This is just one of the many examples in SSK Green Max - if you have the potential and you do put in the hard work, there are no limits to your career growth. In my journey of 5 years, not only I have grown as a professional but also as an individual. I’ve made good friends and have met charismatic leaders. I consider myself fortunate enough to have encountered such talented, inspiring, and enthusiastic leaders, whom I’ve always found committed to excellence.

I deeply cherish my identity as a SSK Green Max team member. This long association has been remarkable, and I have had ample opportunities to explore my potential in performing functional duties along with strategic decision-making at organizational level. I had joined in 2015, and have built & developed the procurement team, which today is one of the biggest teams in the organization. SSK Green Max is a professionally managed company that focuses on constant growth and believes in providing opportunities for learning while empowering all individuals. I'm proud to say that I have been with SSK Green Max since its inception. I have seen the company grow from a start-up to a leading player in the Renewable Energy Industry. The experiences that I have gained along the way are irreplaceable and valuable to my career growth.
